Your Team, Your Impact

As an Analog Layout Staff Engineer at Marvell, you’ll be part of the Central Engineering business group, which serves as the core hub of innovation and development within the organization. Think of Marvell as a wheel, where Central Engineering represents the center hub that provides critical IP used across various business units, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking.

You’ll join a focused and dynamic analog team that makes a significant impact on Marvell’s success. What You Can Expect

Create layouts, run simulations, and verify designs using Cadence Virtuoso in collaboration with global teams.Partner with designers to refine and debug designs iteratively, ensuring they meet specifications.Own the full development cycle, including floor planning, layout, verification, delivery, and support.Provide technical mentorship and status updates during routine meetings with the layout team, project team, and broader global teams.Adapt to dynamic project priorities with flexibility and a proactive attitude.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and knowledge-sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Electrical Engineering (graduate or undergraduate) with a strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts.Proficiency in CAD tools for implementing microelectronic design layers beyond schematics.Proven track record of delivering high-speed or precision analog circuits, preferably across multiple process nodes.Experience managing tasks ranging from individual cells to full interfaces or chips.Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with global teams, present updates, and share information effectively across all levels of the organization.Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of tasks and contributing to team success.
