As an Analog Verification Lead Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to develop groundbreaking analog verification solutions and drive the adoption of new analog verification methodologies across the various DRAM verification project teams.

This position is being offered in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
• Architect, develop, and support DRAM Analog Verification Testbenches, including in-house Python developed tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and propagate new DRAM analog verification strategies, solutions, methodologies, and software to increase verification efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Design/Verification Quality team to author Analog Verification Methodology requirements.
• Understand DRAM circuit operation and debug circuit waveforms.
• Build, manage and mentor a tightly coupled analog verification team.
Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:
• 5+ years experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
• A Bachelors, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Solid background in VLSI circuit design (Required).
• Strong knowledge in Python programming (Required).
• Analog circuit verification knowledge (Preferred).
• Great communication skills.
• Consistent track record for innovation.
• A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Having an innovative approach that is passionate to improving upon any of our processes or products.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in developing a team from the ground up.
