JOB SUMMARY:
The
Analysis and Reporting Manager is responsible for analyzing, and interpreting
protection data, as well as for turning it into useful management information
and communications products for the PRoL program. This role requires a good
variety of analytical and writing skills, a solid knowledge of the humanitarian
context, protection environment, and stakeholders in Ukraine.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Producing a very high quality, informative, visually effecting monthly Protection Analysis reports, Situation Reports, Snapshots.
- Ensuring a general analysis of protection issues in order to provide early warnings and to devise general advocacy and programmatic measures to mitigate and address emerging protection risks based on evidence.
- In cooperation with PRoL MEAL Officer, providing the visual representation of information used in PRoL reporting and communication products.
- Checking the quality of the data being collected, initiating and participating in the revision of protection monitoring tools and questionnaires.
- Ensuring that the data received from partners is valid and of sufficient quality.
- Establishing and maintaining program information and reporting processes and systems.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Protection Cluster, NGO actors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Acting as a focal point for the Protection Cluster requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum
2 years of work experience in an international NGO in information
collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent
writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to
identify gaps and take the initiative to cope with them.
- Excellent
analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize and process
information quickly.
- Excellent
communication and facilitation skills, as well as proven interpersonal
skills, tact and diplomacy.
- Languages:
excellent level of English, fluency in Ukrainian
- Computer literacy, Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience
with financial and procurement systems
- High degree of flexibility and strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Education: University Degree in
International Development, Business Management, Information Management,
Data Analysis or other equivalent
