Major Duties:

Responsible for delivery of middle office services to Wealth Management and Institutional client servicing teams.

Facilitate activities required to validate documentation, open and setup new accounts, transition assets, implement product solutions and setup global markets. Ensures activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Monitors the turnaround time on all assigned activity. Communicates with partner groups to ensure tasks and assignments are processed within the established service level standard deadlines.

Carries out activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact

A College or University degree and/or at least 12 months of relevant proven work experience.

Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.

Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.

Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.


Knowledge:

Effective interpersonal skills: solid verbal and written communication, attention to detail (accuracy), ability to multi-task and prioritize work, time management, and organization.

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.

Analytical skills and problem-solving skills are also required to analyze, resolve exceptions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint strongly preferred.

General knowledge of the financial service industry and markets.


Experience:

A College or University degree and/or at least 12 months of relevant proven work experience.
