\nThis is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As an Analyst, PTP on the PTP (Accounts Payable) team reporting to the Manager, PTP, you will focus on governance, and reporting of purchasing system integrations. You will work with our Shared Service provider for hotel and corporate operations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day will be like:
\n\nPerform accounts payable system-related activities and reporting on electronic interfaces from purchasing systems\nReview supplier integration and ensure supplier portal data is maintained and updated accurately.\nMonitor outsourcing provider updates to invoices and suppliers, ensuring they are performed.\nProvide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvements.\nMonitor and respond to open cases or tickets relating to inquiries or service requests.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nResolve exceptions and inquiries requiring additional review from the outsourcing provider.\nDevelop constructive working relationships across finance, corporate and customer departments.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\n\nProvide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvements

\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nOne (1) year of experience in high-volume accounts payable or in data analytics\nProficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
