**Position Description** Based in Cleveland, OH, the position as an Analyst, Advanced Analytics will be responsible for providing expertise in analytics, machine learning, and automation across our 7 iconic brands. Reporting to our Manager of Pricing & Advanced Analytics, this will be a key role with visibility across all departments and direct access to senior leadership across the brands. **Essential responsibilities include:** + Support pricing analytics by providing price recommendations based on inputs such as item-level price elasticities and competitive data. + Build and deploy automated pricing solutions to streamline processes, increase accuracy, and enable scale. + Work with the Data Engineering team to provide context and framework as new data sources become available. + Assist in driving various value creation opportunities across all departments including Operations, Human Recourses, Finance, and Real Estate. + Summarize and synthesize core findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis - presenting to Heads of Marketing and Senior operators. **Desired skills and experience:** + History of academic success with 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, and problem solving. + Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R.
