About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectivesRoles and Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks related to agency licensing processes, including data entry, filing, documentation preparation, and maintaining records.Record departmental meeting minutes, distribute them to the team, and track action items to ensure timely completion.Assist insurance agents in preparing and processing license applications, and endorsements.Review contract documents in the system and background checking for onboarding processMaintain and Manage agent databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Communicate with agents, answer their queries, and provide necessary information about the licensing process.Coordinate communications by receiving and forwarding emails and notices.Process licensing applications and exam registration accurately and in a timely manner.Assist in resolving agent complaints and concerns by providing exceptional customer service.Monitor and track pending applications and endorsements to ensure timely follow-up and completion.Adhere to insurance industry regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and confidentiality.Maintained and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage and control the inventory management for campaign rewards and merchandise items.Minimum Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the insurance industry.Proficient in using computer software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable navigating insurance agency management systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and cross functional staffAbility to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously, troubleshooting to meet deadlinesBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
