About the Role
Ensure smooth day to day administrative operations, supporting agency licensing processes, contributing to the efficiency of the agency distribution.Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare exam candidates information, send documents, and exam fees payment by going to NIIM Center weekly.Assist in resolving agent complaints with professionalism.Documentation preparation for license application process for monthly FRD submission for agentsCoordinate communications by receiving and forwarding emails and notices.Provide back up to agency analyst on an ad-hoc basis.Validate the agent information for onboarding kit printing process with the vendor.Manage and control the inventory list of Insurance textbooks and distribute textbooks to agents for training.Support the sales team by assisting the confirmation of policy owner campaign list with agents for Procurement process.Issue gift vouchers, license cards and business cards to agents for collection.Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by reporting manager.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree HolderPrefer 2 or 3 years of experience in administrative fieldHave knowledge of computing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)Having good interpersonal skills and relationship with internal/external stakeholdersSelf-initiative and willing to learn in new challengesHighly motivate to work and to growBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
