Job Summary

What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our DSCi (Digital Solutions & Client Insights) team. The selected candidate will take on a pivotal role in driving analytical excellence and developing innovative Generative AI solutions within the firm. The candidate will be at the forefront of our data initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor providing strategic insights that influence decision-making across various functional areas.

Job Description

What will you do?

Develop, maintain, and improve financial models leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to forecast market trends and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, financial analysts, and IT specialists, to define project goals, data requirements, and deliverable timelines.Generate and oversee the creation of research reports, analytical presentations, and data-driven recommendations for internal stakeholdersOffer research support to the lead analyst as required and develop sector-specific expertise to enhance the team's market presence.Proactively identify and address operational risks and control deficiencies in the AI engineering domain and offer solutions to mitigate these risks.

What do you need to succeed?

In-depth knowledge and proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL, C++), data visualization tools (Tableau), and databases.Advanced degree in a quantitative field with coursework emphasis on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistics.Demonstrated quantitative research and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of managing data-driven projects from conception to implementation.Familiarity with Linux, version control systems (Git), and high-performance computing setups, along with the ability handle large datasets effectively.Leadership experience and strong communication abilities, with a team-oriented approach and capability to mentor other team members.

The good-faith expected salary for the above position is $110,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
