We are looking for a Temporary Analyst Accounts Payable who is reponsible to Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to support Shared Services Organization functions in a highly complex global environment. Participate in the execution of business processes and delivery of services to internal and external customers that support the vision and strategy of the GTS and the company’s strategic business plans. Analyze current business process, assess the impact of emerging processes on current process and propose solutions that drive performance of teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and execute end to end processes as well as coordination and continuous improvement of current business processes within the assigned functional area of the GTS organization. Be accountable for ad hoc projects as assigned by GTS management. Participate in short and long-term planning sessions with GTS management to implement process improvement in assigned functional area. Collaborate with business partners and GTS management in order to provide properly controlled processes to meet internal/external customer needs. Promote an understanding of GTS roles, processes and activities to the business partners. Execute against key performance indicators that drive continuous improvement and staff performance. Support multiple ERP systems (Lawson and SAP). Able to work assigned ad hoc projects, special reporting and deliver results on time and in budget. Directly manage third party relationships to maximize value to the business. Provide subject matter expertise and influence to the development of standards and changes to systems/applications/processes to support those standards. Ensure adherence to GTS procedures and guidelines supporting internal and external control environments. Offer a support role to GTS Specialists in the assigned functional area.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, in lieu of degree will consider a combination of education and 4 years of relevant work experience Preferred. Demonstrated subject matter expertise (Accounts Payable or Accounting). Experience with Global Business Processes. Experience in a managerial or key individual contributor role. SAP & Lawson Experience preferred, MS Office expertise, specifically Excel.  Proficient in Spanish and English.
