Our paid social practice is responsible for planning, activating and reporting on branded content campaigns that drive positive emotions and brand lift.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about social media and analytics for the role of Paid Social Analyst. This person will play a pivotal role in the success of TelevisaUnivision’s paid social advertising practice. 

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience activating paid social campaigns and the ability to analyze data and turn it into a story. This individual will amplify TelevisaUnivision’s branded content, ensuring it reaches the right audience and delivers strong results for advertising partners. This individual will work closely with Sales, Strategy, Content and Editorial teams to seamlessly plan, activate, and report on TelevisaUnivision social ad campaigns.

The Paid Social Analyst will report into a Social Manager based in the U.S. but will be part of our Colombia based TelevisaUnivision team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across TelevisaUnivision properties, using ad platform managers on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and Snap.

Handle all aspects of paid social campaign execution, including builds, QA, optimizations, pacing, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client objectives.

Develop innovative activation strategies and suggest new processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximize results.

Prepare and assist with client-facing deliverables, including performance recaps, presentations, and recommendations. Work with Managers to present insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication and actionable next steps.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure thorough reporting and analysis to drive client business growth and ROI.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders on the status and performance of campaigns.

Stay up to date on platform trends and identify new opportunities and ways to improve our processes.

Build 1PD and 3PD audiences and optimize campaigns to ensure we stay on time and on budget.

Respond to RFP requests, providing pricing and pulling social insights from native tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in paid social activation at an agency, brand, or media publisher

Exceptional Communication skills (verbal, writing) in Spanish and business proficiency in English language (read and write)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to derive actionable insights from data and communicate learnings  

Passion for social media and current social trends

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing to work from our Bogota, Colombia office and may consider other locations in Colombia for the right candidate
