Specifically, the Analyst plays a team member role on BCN consulting product cases, managing allocated analyses within a project independently with significant direction from a Project Leader. Analysts take responsibility for completing the given analyses and provide useful input on related dimensions. Analysts are generalists who work on projects across any geography or industry. 


What will you do as an Analyst? 

Take responsibility for assigned analyses and generate hypotheses Use Bain & Company’s proprietary toolkit and fact-based analytical approach to validate your answer Identify the key drivers and generate sound hypotheses to solve our clients' critical issues Find innovative ways to answer critical questions through high quality data research and analysis Hone professional communication skills by delivering impactful insights in a structured manner Interact with a host of international cultures and make a lasting impact for Bain teams across the EMEA region Example tasks include market & competitor research, survey analytics, online and social media scraping, assessment of brand engagement, target screening and others 

 

What are the qualifications required to be an Analyst at the Bain Capability Network? 

0-2 years of experience in similar analytical roles in corporate environment, prior experience in consulting company would be an asset Graduates from top-tier university, preferably with quantitative background Proficient English is essential (at least C1), other European language will be an advantage Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyze and solve problems methodologically, deriving business insights Excellent communication and listening skills Outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills Aptitude for practical and innovative problem solving with good attention to detail
