About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.• Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
• Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
• Track and monitor new business &/or policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
• Set up and review new business policies in core system.
• Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check
• Prepare reports for brokers & direct clients
• Participate in projects that involves improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure service level commitments are met.
• Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, agents, brokers and colleagues
• Attend to the emails enquires promptly
• Any other projects assigned.
