As part of BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group, you’ll be at the heart of how we approach asset allocation, portfolio construction, and active management. With over $1 trillion in assets under management, MASS is where innovation meets execution in delivering results for BlackRock clients globally.
Your Role:
As an Analyst on our Data management team, you will help improve the quality, organization and accessibility of manager data and innovate and explore new technology tools to help BMR grow. Candidates will support information management efforts utilizing BlackRock’s proprietary database and third-party platforms and
should possess intellectual curiosity as well as a proven track record of working in a dynamic and collaborative environment across teams.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct ongoing data reviews to ensure data reliability across core systems and processes.
Active involvement in projects to streamline, automate and expand the data collection and dissemination processes used across BMR.
Fulfill information requests supporting investment and client teams.
Identify, escalate, and deliver recommendations on best practices.
Build a comprehensive understanding of BlackRock’s suite of applications
What You Offer:
1-3 years of experience in data management.Academic Excellence: Whether you studied Finance or have an academic background in Liberal Arts, Information Management or something similar, we are flexible – what we want to see is outstanding academic credentials as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly.Attention to Detail: You are meticulous, demonstrating exceptional organization skills. Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
