Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Brand Analyst will have an integral role on the team responsible for managing and growing KeHE Distributors proprietary brands
KeHE’s multiple lines of exclusive brand products offer private label solutions to retailers seeking to offer compelling natural foods items to the communities they serve. This role will have an integral part in this effort, responsible for the compilation, processing and analysis of data as related to the sales, marketing and operations of Exclusive Brands. This position supports the Exclusive Brands mission to ensure sales excellence and operational efficiency. The role also acts as a partner on key initiatives and leverages cross-functional and organizational resources to achieve sales goals. Essential Functions Provide technical and analytical support to marketing, sales and operations.Build & maintain PowerBI reports tracking sales, inventory, trade spend and KPI dashboards.Enhance and evolve existing reporting tools to improve inventory management, increase efficiencies, minimize out of stocks, and reduce spoils.Engage with our supplier partners through participating in regular vendor meetings to strengthen relationships, capitalize on opportunities, and anticipate and troubleshoot challenges.Spearhead the creation of a supplier scorecard ranking system to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and define best-in-class partnerships.Ensure brand assets, sell sheets, and sales decks are compelling, relevant, and solution-forward, with data-driven selling stories.Maintain SharePoint library of selling tools and resources for the sales team.Ownership of keeping price lists and turnover forms updated & accurate.Track and report on promotional budgets and spending.Cross-functional engagement with KeHE Quality Assurance and Legal teams, helping maintain document compliance, verifying submissions, and responding to special requests.Project management of supplier agreement paperwork.Other duties and special projects as requested. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.Experience in relevant brand management, manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer product industry role.Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills. Working knowledge of and literacy in computer software, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.Advanced Excel skills. This includes advanced formulas, tables and formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables and reporting.
