How you’ll make an impact:

• Spearhead and support Business Operations Initiatives

• Participate in Regional and Global initiatives to harmonize Business Operations, Analytics and Data governance practices

• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance Operational Consistency and Efficiency across the JAPAC region

• Drive Adoption of Processes and Solutions by working independently with business unit stakeholders at the country levels

• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or operations preferred.

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in business operations, data management, or related fields.

• Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is highly desirable but not mandatory

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and project management skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, driving alignment and adoption

• Experience with Microsoft Office; exposure to Salesforce CRM and Tableau is a plus

• Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
