Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:

 

Orchestrate the end-to-end process reviews between COE and Indirect organization and consolidate all process improvement opportunities.Track organization KPIs and work with Indirect staff on clear definition and reporting.Support the monthly/quarterly executive reportsWork with IT and Digital Transformation to develop all the KPIs reporting needsWork with IT and Digital Transformation to develop the Indirect procurement dashboards.Maintain Indirect procurement connect page up to dateWork with Procurement leadership for Connect page communications.Maintain a blog for regular updates and communications.Support ad hoc projects as needed

 

Authority in order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:

Issue the service ticket if there’s any improvement or changes neededFollow the organization goals, KPI, OKM, and related operation plan(s)Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance with this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the CompanyReport anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the CompanyReport near-miss, close-call, and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulationsReport product/production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in any fieldAny procurement or supply chain certification is preferred

 

Experience Requirements:

At least 5 years in the indirect procurement field in a similar and medium-scale manufacturing environmentExperience with using a multi-national ERP system

 

Other Requirements:

Excellent command of spoken and written English with story telling capabilitiesComputer literacyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, and WordGood understanding of Cloud Procurement ProcessAble to work international hours (i.e. 6:00AM meeting twice a week)
