The Business Operation Analyst will be essential in using data from multiple systems to support critical business decisions. In this role, you'll collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Billing to deliver insights through detailed reports and interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate will be skilled at handling multiple priorities and solving problems efficiently. This role will require excellent time management, strong attention to detail, collaboration, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:
Collaborate with different business segments to understand their data requirements and deliver meaningful insights that drive crucial decision-making. Utilize SQL to query and extract data for scheduled reports and ad-hoc requests to get the latest and actionable insights. Identify and resolve discrepancies between data and the user interface by working with relevant teams to maintain consistency and data alignment. Perform regular checks to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and up to date. Assist team members on ongoing projects to ensure smooth progress and meet deadlines. Address ad-hoc requests as they arise to deliver timely and accurate data to meet specific needs. Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution. 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis role Proficient in SQL to query and analyze complex data. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Power BI with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query preferred. Experience with dashboard design preferred.
