Key Responsibilities
This role is part of the Marketing & Business Operations team and contributes to the delivery of overall NVA Pet Resort division’s Revenue and EBITDA performance. As an Analyst, Business Operations, you will be responsible for:

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, ability to analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excel whiz and experience with SQL, PowerBI, or other data/statistical tools is beneficial. Communication & Influence: Ability to craft narratives from data, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and buy-in, and develop materials for an executive audience. You have strong executive presence, written and verbal skills, and can readily articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of the organization while maintaining composure. Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable balancing long-term goals with immediate deliverables. Proven track record of managing multiple projects, working cross-functionally, and excelling in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight. Experience with project management is beneficial. A team player who fosters strong partnerships. Personal Traits: Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet complex deadlines. A curious self-starter with a bias toward action, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsive to feedback and strives for continuous professional development. Experience & Education: 2 or more years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, consulting, finance, banking, marketing analytics, or related industry/function. Experience working with or supporting integrated marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer experience teams is a bonus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Bachelor’s Degree. #LI-REMOTE
