About the Role

Responsible to provide operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales process

1. Managing and Support Roadshows for Tied Distribution

Review Roadshow Business Proposal submitted by organizing leaders. To ensure all roadshows align with guidelines and participating FSCs have completed E-Learning modules.   Collateral and booth setup arrangement with appointed vendors. Review collaterals, marketing material - Corporate approval Manage Roadshow inventory list, register and relevant documents for audit Liaise with external audit film to carry out roadshow on-site inspection and mystery shopping exercise according to MAS safeguards and AIA SOP, follow up actions on audit results and Management reporting. Managing the penalty framework, e.g. verify report, issue letter and follow up on action required etc.

2. Managing and support engaging of Appointment Setting Officer and matters pertaining to CPF Medisave Liabilities

Review application and sent for screening before seeking approval on the engagement of Appointment Setting Officers.Liaise with IT for request of new logger / Spidergate enable phone / retrieval account.Maintain register for audit purposes.Liaise with CPF Board, provide in-force listing on monthly basis for computation of Medisave LiabilitiesReview defaulter list provided by CPF Board, prepare letters and communicate to location sales teams to follow up Liaise with Finance Department for deduction of Medisave Liabilities  

3. Managing and support screening and setting up of Leaders Appointment.

Screen Leaders Appointment application to ensure the requirements are fulfilled.Coordinate with stakeholders to set up interview sessions with the candidates.

Update latest resources to BQ’s iKNOW siteTo assist in any other ad-hoc projects that requires Department’s involvement
