Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ + Evaluates market performance data and customer feedback to set capacity inventory strategies + Monitors market and segment performance and perform periodic internal reviews with leaders and stakeholders + Implements capacity and rule changes in response to changes in flight and cargo operating conditions; works closely with the Cargo Operations teams within the region + Identifies opportunities and execute plans to drive improvements in Cargo KPIs including revenue, profitability, service and customer satisfaction + Collaborates across teams within Cargo and American, incorporating feedback to key RM decisions + Develops and shares best practices for capacity, inventory and yield management practices within Cargo RM **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training + 1+ years of relevant experience **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, finance, strategy, or consulting **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment + Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for process design and controls, as well as the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise presentations, insights, and recommendations + Knowledge of Excel, Power Bi and SQL + Proficiency in basic data manipulation, extraction and modeling **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
