This position will drive superior service execution from Barry Callebaut to a key customer, positioning BC as the first choice for global outsourcing
Key responsibilities include:
● Manage pricing: Drive semester price renewal process with all stakeholders (BC sourcing, customer commodities, customer finance); Create all SPS contracts; Perform margin analysis and understand cost structure; Support project pricing and complete simulations as needed
● Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Liaison: Support internal BC departments with all A/P and A/R activities; Serve as commercial contact, attending all meetings, reporting to business on progress, helping to resolve any issues; Drive continuous process improvement
● EDI Process: Monitoring of EDI transactions to ensure clean, accurate process; work with BC sites to resolve any issues; primary point of contact for customer
● Monthly reporting: update specific reporting slides; analyze results and drive business improvements
● Monthly commodity review: balance customer supplied raw materials for each BC location, prepare customer reports, and manage internal and external monthly meetings
● Customer Support: attend all weekly meetings with customer (5+), ensuring BC is well prepared and responds to all customer needs; analyzes customer requests or supports BC plant needs that arise.
● Quality Liaison: support customer with quality documents and other regulatory documentation as requested, annual review and update of quality documentation
About you:
● Bachelor’s Degree required
● Accounting or Finance preferred
● 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Pricing, and/or Supply Chain
● SAP
● Excel- Strong excel skills needed
● Business Objects
● SalesForce
