Responsibilities
Manage (tier 1) partnerships and linkages (government, Non-government organizations, professional groups and private sector) Identify and pursue potential strategic partners for the company Attend relevant events and activities to represent the company and build strong relationships with key community members. Membership and active participation by taking roles in Junior Professional groups and organizations Engage and create strategic collaboration with partners in organizing activities and initiatives that benefits the company and the community Communications and collaborates with internal partners on projects mutually beneficial with external partners and vice versa Keep abreast on news and government mandates that potentially affects company operations Supports the Director of Community Relations in cultivating, building and nurturing corporate partners as well as institutional strategic partnerships and alliances that are essential for advancing and successfully achieving the mission Area of expertise (Skills)Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills High sense of personal values, accountability and confidentiality Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects and information with tact, kindness, professionalism and positive attitude Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Must be comfortable working alone or in a team Must be resourceful and problem-solver Excellent in time management while also flexible for drastic changes on schedule according to call of duty Other Skills and Experiences (Min) Education
