We are looking for a Reward Optimization Analyst to join our Global Reward Team.

You will support the AMR Reward Optimization Director in the delivery of global and AMR reward programmes. You will collaborate with Reward teams in AMR and globally to promote best practices in the implementation, communication and administration of Reward policies and programs offered to JLL employees to attract and engage the best talent in the marketplace.

What this job involves

Work closely with the AMR Reward Optimization Director and collaborate with Reward teams across the globe to support the global Total Reward strategy in the region.Play a key role in delivering the end-to-end annual compensation review process, including salary and bonusProvide analytical input to AMR wide and global reward programmes and processesBe the Reward subject matter expert on systems and reporting in AMR, including WorkdayLead on market benchmarking and survey submissions in the regionContribute to the quality, accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Reward service in AMR and ensure alignment to global policy and processes.Collaborate across HR and with other functional stakeholders (e.g. Technology/Finance/ Legal/Global Mobility etc.)Conduct FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) analyses and makes recommendations for the FLSA status for new and existing positionMaintain integrity of compensation data in HRIS system of record, by participating in HRIS upgrades and enhancements, providing critical reporting and data expertise to ensure data quality and efficient processing of HR data.  May serve as a technical expert and first line of support for HR on HRIS system.Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Strong analytical mindset and skills developed from working in HR, Finance or other areasBusiness and financial acumen including the ability to leverage and interpret dataKnowledge of Reward fundamentals desirable, including market benchmarking, salary ranges and job evaluationsExperience and knowledge of the annual compensation cycle beneficial but not essential. This includes budgeting and salary and incentive reviewDetail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines and to make professional judgement and critical decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or other relevant fieldProfessional qualification related to Compensation & Benefits is beneficial (e.g. CCP/ CBP Certification)
