In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days; and much more. **Expected salary range of $77,400 to $86,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k)** . **Primary Purpose** Assist and support the company’s retirement (defined benefit and defined contribution), employee stock purchase and other compensation plans. Reports into the Manager, Compensation Operations with key tasks to support the Manager, Retirement Plans. Primary Duties/Accountabilities + Perform audits, reconciliation and monitoring of operational activities including: + Defined benefit plans retiree payroll payments and reconcile funding totals on a semimonthly and monthly schedule. + Audit the defined contribution payroll transactions in addition to reconciliation of outbound interface to funding report payroll cycle (DC: biweekly and semimonthly). + Reconciliation of the pensionable pay interfaces and reports prior to vendor processing on a biweekly and semimonthly schedule. + Employee Stock Purchase interface reconciliation (Comp: biweekly and semimonthly) + Long term incentive plan –reviewing award eligibility and loading new awards. + Long term incentive settlement payment monitoring. + Support administration of annual compensation planning process. + Participate in job audits, analyses, governmental reporting, and surveys. + Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to ensure third party administrators (TPAs) service levels and customer satisfaction results meet contractually requirements. + Understand the department’s end-to-end processes and create/design new procedures/processes to foster innovation and technology. + Assist in the performance of internal, pre-defined controls to ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (annually). + Assist with additional analysis and projects for the retirement plans as needed. **Minimum Qualifications** + Associate degree in business, Human Resources, or related field or minimum High School plus 5 years of work experience in Human Resources. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, and Power Point). **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field. + Experience with employee benefits and retirement plans. + Advanced working knowledge of excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and pivot tables for data management analysis. + Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to develop solutions and implement the desired outcomes. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. + Ability to work independently and within a team environment. + Ability to manage confidential information.
