Role Overview We’re looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate to join our Singapore-based delay team. As an Analyst, you will support and work alongside some of the most highly regarded industry experts in: + Performing detailed forensic analysis of project data and schedules to determine the cause and extent of construction delays and productivity loss; + Preparing expert reports for domestic and international arbitration and litigation, explaining the delay analysis performed and the results of the analyses; and + Providing advice and strategic solutions to clients on complex challenges faced in construction projects and assisting in the preparation of reports for extension of time, loss and expense, disruption, and prolongation claims. You will work on construction projects across a wide range of industry sectors all over the globe, including oil and gas, building, process plants, power generation, civil infrastructure, and marine projects. Requirements + BSc or BEng in Civil or Mechanical engineering from a leading university + Experience of interning or working in engineering, construction projects or a shipbuilding environment is an advantage but not essential + An understanding and passion for wanting to pursue a career in Construction Disputes. + Experience of using Primavera would be advantageous. + Fluent in English and one other language would be beneficial. + Outstanding and effective writing skills + Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks to meet strict deadlines. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, reasoning, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail Applicants should be based in Singapore and include a cover letter and a CV, identifying relevant experience and professional background which meets the role requirements.
