Your New Role:

Responsible for working closely with cross-functional GCO and MKT teams to achieve high quality, efficient Promotional content delivery pipelines for the Streaming platforms, linear channels, Social, Marketing and affiliates. Tracking and coordination of Promotional assets creation and delivery status along with priority and deadline handling. Actively investigate methods to evolve process workflows to improve efficiency, increase creative opportunities, and maximize operational processes. Serve as primary Go-To resource for identifying and troubleshooting content delivery issues while providing immediate resolution, while developing long term sustainable solutions.

The Daily – Major Activities

Responsible for On Time and to Brief Delivery of Promotional AssetsEnsure internal teams are aware of deliverablesTracking requests, progress, changes and approvalsStay on top of changes and requests between teams

Main POC for Promotional AssetsHandle daily comms between teamsProvide feedback to the business regarding progressSupport fast turnaround content for Social MediaLiaising between teams to ensure changes and requests are carried out within the given timeframeAlerting business, COEs and tech teams when planned demand exceeds current operational capacity and proposing solutionsCollating communication from different channels and tracking and executingAttending regular meetings to provide feedback and updates as well as capturing information

Ingest of ComponentsTrack content coming into the MAM systemLocate materials and import into the correct placeholdersChase up missing contentCommunicate between teams on statuses

Troubleshooting IssuesAssess and triage promotional assets content delivery challengesPrioritize issues and provide resolutions at the front end, whilst managing root-cause analysisDelineating correlative tasks with operational teams to obtain valuable sustainable solutions

Workflow OptimizationGather insights from current promotional assets content workflows review to ascertain bottlenecksExposing strategic opportunities that yield efficiency gains and define optimization points

Content Delivery ImprovementProvide input to development teams to create tools that facilitate promotional assets asset categorization visibility for prioritized processing to all teams involved in the content delivery workflow

Staying Across End-to-End ProcessWork with cross-functional teams directly to understand and document their promotional assets workflows through process maps, business process and media flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams and identify along with them innovative solutions for their process, taking into consideration the end-to-end process of all teams involved.

The Essentials

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting or related field or equivalent working experience2 years of experience in Media CompaniesBusiness acumen on media operationAbility to work on cross functional multi-cultural teams in a collaborative wayTechnical knowledge of media workflows and media formatsKnowledge of postproduction workflowsExcellent organizational skillsBilingual in English and Hungarian

Knowledge of user experience basic principlesHigh analytical skills Familiarity with tracking tools such as Monday.com
