Analyst, Corporate Operations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Corporate Operations Analyst will support Inmar’s Corporate efforts by assisting with real estate and insurance activities, and managing projects related to the real estate and insurance activities of the company.  This is not limited to but includes  management of certificates of insurance, preventing and correcting penalty letters from government entities regarding our insurance program, keeping track of permits and licensing on our real estate facilities, and coordinating with our facility property management and landlord teams to prevent and resolve any outstanding issues.  This position will be a part of a cross-functional team focused on corporate support, and will obtain a working knowledge of a variety of corporate priorities. This position will report directly to the Manager, Corporate Operations, and interact regularly with the Director, Corporate Operations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administrative (50%)

Maintain and improve the certificates of insurance program to ensure our clients have up to date information

Work with various government entities to ensure our insurance program is in line with requirements, and resolve any outstanding deficiencies in a timely manner.

Track the needed permits related to our real estate, ensuring 100% compliance.

Resolve internal and external requests related to information regarding our real estate and insurance programs.

Project Management (40%)

Lead small projects related to the real estate and insurance program.

Interact with cross functional teams, and coordinate communications, and activities across the teams in order to accomplish the overall project

Maintain high level documentation with keen attention to detail

Other (10%)

Create standards related to the Insurance and Real estate programs that the teams would be able to use in order to increase consistency of execution.

Review existing processes, and systems, and improve these by making them faster, more accurate, and easier to use.

Operate with independence and objectivity while leading efforts to develop and implement Process Improvements and standardization of business processes.

Enthusiastically assist with other duties as needed and be willing to grow and contribute with the needs of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

2+ years of experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

Proven experience working with data manipulation and reporting platforms, such as Google Suite, or Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new software as required by the role.

Strong and proven collaboration and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently with confidence

Clear strength in managing details and project schedules

Strong skills in preparing and presenting reports and research results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Lean Six Sigma certification a plus

Project management certification a plus
