How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Analyst - Corporate Sales Development role is
responsible for the development and management of corporate sales incentive
programs and strategies designed to maximize the revenue and market share
performance for our portfolio of global corporate accounts.
+ This role serves as the primary liaison between thefront-line sales team and the various commercial departments in support of allcorporate sales program related matters.
+ In addition, the Analyst will identify opportunities toincrease revenues, shift market share, reduce costs and improve businessprocesses.
+ Also included in this role is financial analysis of programeffectiveness and on-going performance reporting. Practices safety-consciousbehaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Salary range is $53100 - $152800 annually.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ General knowledge of Delta's markets and competitive marketposition, sales strategies, programs, processes, tools and infrastructure ishighly desirable; travel industry sales/marketing experience is a plus.
+ Should be solution-oriented, multi-task capable and havedemonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-pacedtime-sensitive environment.
+ Demonstratesinitiative and self-directs work.
+ Should possess strong analytical and computer skills, soundorganizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communicationskills, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to make sound businessdecisions.
+ Proficient PC skills including advanced level knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point are required.
+ This position requires 3-5 overnight business trips peryear.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.
