What will you do?
A day in the life of an Analyst, Customer Compliance at VF looks a little like this.
As part of the VF Customer Service Team the Customer Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing, executing, and maintaining Vendor Guides and Agreements to ensure VF chargeback exposure is low. The Analyst will be responsible for knowing customer requirements while working with various functional areas to proactively implement recommended corrective actions and resolve any issues proactively.
*Though this position is fully remote, it requires living in the state of Wisconsin.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Review customer vendor agreements to identify requirements and VF financial impacts and create standard operating procedures (SOP) to avoid chargebacks.
Collaborate with the Distribution Center (DC) for new accounts to ensure successful shipment of VF products.
Document exemptions and VF financial approvals for incurred costs, when needed.
Organize and maintain chargeback data for reporting, problem- solving, and trend analysis.
Develop prevention plans, process improvements, and implement strategies to minimize compliance chargeback exposure.
Collect data for technology projects and collaborate with appropriate teams for execution.
Assist the Compliance Specialist in identifying the root cause of customer chargebacks by working closely with customers and various cross- functional areas (Sales, Distribution Center, Logistics, Credit, Customer Service, and Global Business Technology).
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer guides, agreements, and website information to mitigate chargeback implications.
Maintain a database for customer guides, agreements, web access information, exemptions, and approved tickets/labels.
Responsible for supporting weekly/monthly/quarterly chargeback reporting.
Foster and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 year of related experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software, SAP experience a plus.
Action oriented – steps up to handle tough issues and readily acts on challenges
Collaboration – works with a variety of vendors, customers, and departments.
Communicates effectively – Is effective in a variety of communication settings and attentively listens to others.
Decision Quality and Decisiveness – Proactively makes sound decisions even in the absence of complete information.
Initiative and Continuous Improvement – Evaluates, selects, and acts on various methods and strategies for solving problems without being required to do so.

Hiring Range:
$46,960.00 USD - $58,700.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
