Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Customer Security Analyst. The Product Security Analyst will work with multiple teams to support the placement and installation of Sysmex products. This position will engage with customer IT organizations to provide answers and guidance ensuring successful connectivity and communication with customer and Sysmex systems. This position will assist in the creation of information/evidence gathering and documentation to comply with security and security requirements. This position will work with various technical and non-technical departments to ensure success.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Support product adoption and integration by engaging cross-functionally with Sysmex Sales and Support groups, and customer IT/Security groups to resolve questions and concerns through calls, documentation, and presentations.
2. Navigate government requirements and procedures with stakeholders to complete and maintain comprehensive documentation packages for Sysmex product authorization to operate within federal facilities.
3. Respond to documentation requests and maintain related documentation to include the completion and update of Sysmex Product related documents, questionnaires, FAQ’s and white papers.
4. Develop and maintain the knowledge base off common requirements across private and government healthcare institutions to expedite future submissions.
5. Supports emerging changes in compliance, regulatory and privacy that may impact our business and works with the Manager, Cybersecurity & QA Compliance and other to prepare to adopt them.
6. Responsible for the dissemination of information to key stakeholders to ensure adherence to security and quality processes and compliance.
7. Interface with service, support, and security groups to stay current with changes to products and services ensuring that impacts are understood, and customer requirements are met or exceeded

8. Stay current with, and be able to relay effectively, changes in industry and customer medical device requirements.

9. This individual must possess strong interpersonal, problem solving, time management and communication skills. The individual must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, can-do attitude, and strong desire to set and achieve goals.

10. Other duties as assigned

 

Travel Percentage: 10% 

Physical Demands: Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged (at least 50% of time) sitting, standing, keyboard or CRT work. May require periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting and/or other conditions.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years required experience in IT, which may include experience in the Armed Forces. Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in IT or Information Security preferred.CC, A+, Security+, Network+ or similar preferredExperience working in IT and customer supportAbility to explain in simple and understandable terms complex technical information associated with Sysmex instrument systemsMust possess excellent listening and communication skills, patience and understanding.Technical writing experienceFamiliarity with IT and IT security concepts.Experience working with government security processes.Excellent verbal, written, presentations communication skillsProven ability to work under stress with flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneouslyMust possess excellent listening and communication skills, patience

The salary range for this role is $54,911.5 - $86,289.5. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package for this position also includes a choice of health care plan (medical, vision, and dental insurance), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave and a 401(K) for all eligible employees.
