Publicis Digital Experience brands include Razorfish, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, Saatchi Saatchi X, Plowshare, 3Share, and the Publicis Commerce Exchange. **Overview** The responsibilities of the Analyst, Data Intelligence role includes reporting and analyzing CRM marketing performance and partnering with the larger analytics team to develop reporting presentations for assigned clients. Working within dashboards and campaign automation platforms, the Analyst pulls applicable data, segments/aggregates, data visualization, and intelligent interpretation that produces meaningful insights and answers key business questions. **Responsibilities** + Pull applicable data from various Tableau dashboards, and Marketo (campaign automation platform) + Transform and aggregate raw data for data visualization and interpretation, troubleshooting inconsistencies or anomalies + Thoroughly explore large data sets to identify major and minor trends as well as important distributions over time or by specific features + Test hypotheses based on exploratory data analyses; independently evaluate these hypotheses and surmise if they can be proven or disproven with available data + Pull in-market test results, ensuring test design is valid, calculate statistical measures and setting up readout slides in PPT, or Google Slides with test conclusions and recommend next actions + Craft a meaningful data-driven story that answers business questions, enables decision making, or provides strategic recommendations + Independently problem solve, troubleshoot issues in Tableau, Marketo, SQL, etc. + Start the path of becoming a subject matter expert in analytical tools and techniques including, Tableau, Marketo, Excel, advanced SQL, and other analytics solutions **Qualifications** + Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets + Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytic tools/platforms; experience with Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Looker or other platforms + Experience with Marketo is a big plus + Experience using SQL to aggregate and extract applicable data + Ability to manage projects to effectively deliver reporting artifacts, to client stakeholders on time and in a professional, polished output + An understanding of integrated direct marketing principles, and cross-channel marketing measurement and analytic strategies + Strong communication skills including the ability to develop presentations, communicate complex or technical information to a non-technical audience + Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced team environment + Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, forecasting, consumer profiling, and ROI measurement + Working knowledge of site analytics suites: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (preferred) **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
