Adhere to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data  Use 3rd party subscription databases and the internet to research and update information within our CRM application (Salesforce.com) . This includes companies and their hierarchies and associated contacts (e.g. telephone, address, e-mail, net worth, website, financials, industry type, ownership type, etc.)   Verify and update customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information   Research and qualify new record entries in Salesforce, ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created   Manage sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misaligned  Create company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams  Perform regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained  Meet or exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement timelines  Manage and address customer requests for access to our customer portal as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet
