Applies accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of financial and business transaction data, and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records. Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Responsibilities:** + Track monthly financial reports including vendor managed income contributions and return on vendor investment. + Review monthly receivables for local and corporate programs. + Data entry, maintenance and monitoring of all vendor programs for tracking including local purchasing and marketing programs and corporate pass-back programs.
