Your New Role…
Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for an Analyst, EC Data Quality to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. In this role, the Analyst serves as a primary contributor to the employee off-boarding process. Responsibilities include collecting and managing the flow of data and reporting, generating off-boarding materials, requesting payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Manage and maintain accurate, high-quality data related to employee off-boarding processes.
Coordinate and execute employee off-boarding processes with a focus on severance-related activities.
Support data collection and reporting.
Collect employee updates from HR and process as needed within Access database.
Collaborate with service area teams, including WFA, Payroll, Compensation, Contracts Administration, and Benefits Administration, to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with internal standards.
Partner with key clients across HR and Legal, and other corporate functions.
Generate and distribute key documentation to HR, Legal, and employees.
Provide daily reporting to support off-boarding processes.
Generate, audit, and distribute key reports for payment processing, employee status updates, and special benefits handling.
Conduct thorough audits of severance data, documentation and reporting.
Audit payroll payments.
Send and track documents for electronic signature.
Provide on-call process support to HR and Legal personnel on all matters related to employee off-boarding.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accuracy of reporting and invoicing.
Process vendor invoicing payments.
Respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within appropriate Service Level Agreements set forth.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date process guides for the severance team.
Focus on ongoing process improvements.
Perform other related duties and projects assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Experience: Minimum 3 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English
Technical Skills: Experience with Workday, Access database, HR, and payroll. Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship skills. Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Process Management: Skilled in process improvements and problem solving, taking initiative to own work projects/tasks. An ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment independently.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels and in English. Must have a flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment
