The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.
This role in summaryThe analyst engineer is going to be part of Architecture FDSS in Mexico, to develop new ideas and projects to assure Cost and Quality Targets, collaborate with Cross functional team from Quality, Manufacturing , GSS and V&V.
The engineer will be responsible for the Day to day Quality deliverables including MOB and Existing Product Improvement to drive Excellent Quality.
This opportunity is located in the Ramos Arizpe Manufacturing plant with the capacities to deliver a home appliance worldwide.
Your responsibilities will includeBe part of the Crossfuntional team to understanding the top issues for the product(s) that will be assigned for the Quality team
Be part of the Crossfuntional team to understand in detail the top customer complaints by reading service tickets
Work with the factory/CAL lab to recreate the top issues in the factory in order to better understand the phenomenon
Lead Quality Meeting with Cross functional team to understand Root cause
Replicate failure and select solutions and follow up for each initiative
Work with Procurement, Quality, Subsystems and V&V to select, develop and implement robust short term solutions
Support Quality Projects activities as evaluation test, trials, CN,
Maturation of potential projects to delivery for Bundles
Permanent building of Quality Pipeline with subsystems, Quality team, to assure Quality KPIs
Minimum requirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial
2+ years experience or related experience in Engineering
Fluent English
Preferred skills and experiencesExperience with WPD, to understand the process for project implementation.
