The Rebills Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate rebilling, timely submission of customer claims, monitoring claim status, researching rejections and denials, documenting related account activities, and submitting allocation and posting adjustments with appropriate support to the cash application team.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter…

Ensure appropriate documentation is submitted and maintained in SAP for all claims submitted to customers.

Work out repayment plans for past due accounts within policy limits.

Function as a liaison between cross-functional departments for claim resolution.

Provide weekly and monthly reports with metrics and precise comments for actions taken on accounts.

Find ways to improve customer’s DSO and shorten payment cycle.

Support and adopt new processes, business decisions, and special projects as needed.

Teamwork within the department to support the overall success of Collections, Claims Management, and customer satisfaction, which includes backing up others, communication and providing cross training if needed.

Maintain internal department knowledge base for accounts and keep job instructions current.

Prompt responses to all customer inquiries through phone and email.

Must have solid time management and exemplary organizational skills

Display outstanding self-initiative requiring minimal supervision

Coordinate monthly discussions with cross-functional departments to facilitate preparation of the KPI forecasted results and provide insight into rebill activities.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have…

Education—Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.

National Association of Credit Management (NACM) certification designation a plus.

Minimum of three (3) or more years of collection experience in consumer-packaged goods industry preferred.

Ability to perform accounts receivable reconciliations

SAP Experience (preferred)

Excel skills to be able to create and manipulate reports and dashboards

Experience in effectively communicating with multiple levels within an organization including senior management.

Problem Solving: Ability to address various scenarios, requiring analysis or interpretation of multiple inputs that will require direct observation, critical thinking skills, fact-based decisions, and quantitative analysis of large volumes of data.

Independence of Action:  Set priorities and organize work within general guidelines. Seeks assistance when confronted with difficult and/or unpredictable situations.

Written Communications: Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to internal and external customers.

Oral Communications: Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate full working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures and policies with the ability to use them in varied situations.

Teamwork: Ability to act as a team leader for small projects or work groups, creating a collaborative and respectful team environment and improving workflows.

Salary Range: $58,670 to $77,000

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
