What You Will Do

Perform monthly reporting for management reviewAnalyze and evaluate the company’s operating results and financial positionIdentify opportunities to improve expenses and business executionPlan, develop, prepare and maintain company budgetsDevelop cash flow projections, sales projections, capital and expense projectionsCollaborate with local and global teams to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives and projectsExercise sound judgment and a results-driven approach to achieve financial goals and drive business success

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree Required; prefer degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business AdministrationWork experience in globally operated company (i.e. Foreign company experience is an advantage)Minimum of 5 years of work experience in similar type positionBilingual (Japanese native & business level English) in speaking, reading and writingExperience and knowledge of SAP; knowledge of BW or a BI analytic environment preferredStrong analytical, excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Big Data analytics)Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategicallyHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic onlyBe willing to work in the office (Harman flex policy allows office/remote work in alignment with your manager). Successfully complete an Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
