About the Role
- To process daily members’ benefit and claim requires are disbursed on time.- To provide the operational support to claim team and customer service team, related with claim disbursements queries and bank transfer process.
- To support the line Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily checking of the members’ benefit and claim requests to ensure the payment requests from the operation is according to approved amount defined in the IL and COAST systems.Prepare Daily Members’ benefit and claim payments schedule and seeking approvals to ensure Treasury team is able to execute the payment in a timely manner.Assist to GA team for weekly offset/ clearing in SAP and perform claim bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.Maintain proper records of claims master payment listings and supporting documents to ensure providing of the sufficient supporting documents for regulatory and statutory audits.Monitor the claims outstanding reserve accounts and liaise with claim team to ensure aging/outstanding balances are cleared within defined timelines.Prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliation reports and submit in Blackline according to group reporting timeline.Support the claim and servicing team relating with claim disbursements queries and bank transfer process.Assist to Manager in month-end, quarter and year-end financial closing and audit activities.Perform duties, periodically assigned by superior in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Banking/Finance/Related AreaAttention to detail, accuracy and commitment to deadline.Good analytical, judgmental and communication skills.Organizing and prioritizing and ability to balance the multi-tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Strong initiative to follow up on outstanding issues, identify what needs to be done and act accordingly.Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and external contactsERP/SAP knowledge, and familiar with high technical working environment.In-dept knowledge of spreadsheet and advance excel.Familiar with large volume of data handling would be advantaged.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
