This role is responsible for the day-to-day reporting, invoicing, and analytical needs of our contact center operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and concise reporting around all the Business Unit, Site, and Client key operating metrics.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with management and internal customers to identify areas of opportunity and assist in developing clear, accurate, and timely reporting solutions with minimal supervision
• Site location, customer, program, and product profitability reporting and analysis:
o Work with operational partners to ensure resource costs are correctly coded
o Assist with the creation/auditing of monthly client invoices and supporting documents
o Monthly forecasting, and monthly results/variance analysis
o Weekly financial performance report maintenance and analysis
o Understand trends, analyze and advise management of key variable trending that is, or will, affect performance
o Understand data architecture and availability to manage business needs and make timely decisions
• Regularly review processes to drive innovation and improve efficiency
• Demonstrate the ability to establish and strengthen collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
• Drive clear communication of information throughout the organization
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to adapt to the evolving departmental and business needs
