Our Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management, and property insurance appraisal.
Navigating Responsibilities
Preparing pitch decks and completing the required internal approval processVisiting client facilities, interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagementInvestigating and developing analyses to estimate the value for tangible assets for different purposesUndertaking accounting and insurance asset valuation, using direct, standard and normal costing techniquesUndertaking activities of fixed asset management (tagging, inventorying, reconciliation of fixed assets registers for internal and financial purposes)Addressing to all the client and/or auditor queries regarding the valuation of the subject property/assetsReporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reportsThe Ideal Candidate
Current Degree Pursuit: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)Basic building construction or plants and machinery knowledge.Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment. Analytical Thinker: Detail-oriented thinker with quick evaluation skills. Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Languages: Fluency in German and English.About Kroll
