Roles & Responsibilities:

The Point of Contact for forecasting and budget planningUpdates the forecast with monthly / weekly actual data and suggested improvements based on trend analysisRefines forecasting scenarios and generates final forecastRefines and capture data to be used as an input to the modelsDesigns and develops forecasting scenariosGenerate short term forecasts, incorporating business impactsRevise forecast based upon feedbackMaintain process documentation and tweak as per requirement.Understanding on Time Series forecastingUnderstanding of WFM and Contact volume & AHT forecasting

Desired Skills:

Highly skilled in Mathematical and Statistical modelling (R-studio, python)Experience in developing machine learning models like classification, linear/logistic regression.Knowledge on Excel & Power BI toolsAbility of analyzing huge datasetsHands on experience of forecasting for large and complex attributesAnalytical and good understanding of contact centre metricsStrong business acumenShould be a good communicator and a collaboratorStrong Communicator and decision makerCore forecasting experience 0.6-2 years in a BPO/Contact center environment

Qualification: Graduate
