Provide quantitative, analytic support to the MFG Function Business Partners and collaborate on those tasks with the FP&A CSD Team Lead on the ground and the management of an array of Global entities for making strategic, operational and tactical decisions in the areas of global operations. Support efficient, harmonized and high-quality reporting and analysis across globally, maintaining a high standard. Steer initiatives aimed at sharing best practices, knowledge and continuous improvement of analytics as well as reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Partner with MFG Function Business Partners to promote best practices and influence positive change
+ Drive analysis of factory costs in interaction with local Business Partners
+ Participate in budgeting & forecasting process, communicate timelines and ensure deadlines are met and ensure global financial results are reported timely & accurate by actively contributing to monthly closing activities, supporting proper analysis and variance explanation
+ Report & analyze monthly results including review of accruals/ provisions/ FTE reporting
+ Deep dive into volume/cost activities, identify issues, investigate root causes, recommend corrective actions
+ Provide overall FP&A support, influence decision making, proactively identify findings, and present insights in a simple and concise way to MFG Function Business Partners
+ Participate in cross-functional teams accountable for developing the yearly budgets and forecasts
+ Control and validation of existing financial and non-financial KPIs reported by sites/clusters for the global view
About you:
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance,
+ 5+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A and/or Reporting & accounting understanding is a plus
+ Prior experience in manufacturing & supply chain desirable
+ Data analytics and reporting skills
+ Detail-oriented thinking
+ Eagerness to learn about the industry and the company
+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with proven experience creating management reports in excel and PowerPoint
+ Proven abilities in teamwork, collaboration and consistency
