**Description**
**General Summary**
The **Global Compensation Analyst** will be responsible for implementing and executing salary programs and policies involving research, analysis, and updates and/or modifications to compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain high performing associates. This role will also be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analyzing of global HR data to identify trends, develop insights and support business decisions.
**Primary Responsibilities**
**_Compensation & Benefits Program Design_**
+ Support the design and delivery of associate compensation structures and benefit programs, including incentive programs. Draft internal reports and communications, as needed.
**_Job Analysis and Evaluation_**
+ Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data including classification and pay ranges. Maintain data to ensure easy access by managers and associates.
**_Compensation and Benefit Program Maintenance_**
+ Administer compensation programs as well as certain benefit programs that are supplemental to wages, including retirement plans, wellness programs and insurance plans. Ensure programs are current, compliant and competitive.
+ Work closely with benefits brokers and carriers to manage the enrollment, delivery of benefits, and renewal process to the organization’s associates.
**_Annual Pay & Benefits Review_**
+ Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision making tools.
**_Data Analytics, Reporting & Insights_**
+ Develop, update, maintain and distribute regular reports using various software including Excel and UKG Business Intelligence.
+ Develop a hoc reports to meet ongoing organizational needs.
+ Deliver analyses of HR data; Identify trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of associate engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
+ Perform periodic equity analyses and review results and recommendations with management.
**_Information and Business Advice_**
+ Resolve questions and inquiries from internal and external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
**_HR Data Management_**
+ Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administrative processes.
+ Participate in annual surveys and related activities, as required, to contribute to and obtain market data.
**_Personal Capability Building_**
+ Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain professional accreditation. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education and reading specialist media.

+ Works with full competence to develop and execute architectures, policies and practices in order to manage the information lifecycle needs of the organization.

**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
+ Experienced compensation and benefits practitioner able to work unsupervised (typically 3 years or more of experience).
+ CCP, CGP, CBP, CSCP and/or CECP certification highly desirable.
+ Experience with UKG HRIS including advanced report writing with Business Intelligence preferred.
+ Experience working with Korn Ferry in a global setting and managing self-insured benefits is preferred.

**Work Hours**
Preferred work hours for this role is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week, after successful onboarding.
