POSITION SUMMARY:

This individual will be responsible for organization and completion of ad hoc analytical requests from throughout the business and leveraging a variety of HRIS (Workday / Visier) and proprietary systems for data usage to complete projects and requests. Under general supervision, they will play an important role in the team that is responsible for multiple key projects, including but not limited to the Ratings, Turnover, Diversity, Promotion yields, Retention etc. 


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

Provide support for a suite of proprietary and HRIS systems, Ratings analytics, Turnover analytics, Diversity analytics, Promotion / Yield dashboards, Retention dashboards, database maintenance etc.Manage the internal organization of the team through Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint OnlineExecute zero-defect analysis of People data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variancesMonitor and audit People data to ensure integrity and securitySupport local office inquiries and provide assistance as neededWork collaboratively as member of the Global People Analytics team Work with the Business Process Enablement team(s), Technology and Software group etc. (as needed) on addressing systems issues, system upgrades and enhancements. Demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses     Support reporting using automation and data visualization tools such as TableauSupport simplification and automation of reporting dashboards; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-serviceability by users, wherever requiredDevelop custom and standard analysis for global and local HR officesSupport cross dataset analysis as neededBuild collaborative relationships with IT, data providers and customers in local officesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and analysisPerform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is requiredMinimum of two years’ experience in a business environment preferred Strong analytical capabilities: Demonstrated ability to use data to generate insights Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps High level of accuracy and strong attention to detailStrong analytic and critical thinking capabilities Demonstrated ability to use complex and interrelated data to generate insights Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps Ability to take initiative on projects/responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI preferred; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Alteryx and SPSS is a plusStrong interpersonal, communication and project management skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and oral communication skillsSolid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong process skills of follow up and follow throughCommitment to continuous improvement and demonstrated ability to learn new tools/processes etc.Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential informationAbility to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various global teamsAbility to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
