ResponsibilitiesAs an ESG Analyst with Hines, you will support the creation of value for Hines and our partners by building and implementing Hines’ ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategy and program. You will support the ESG Team in coordinating and implementing ESG policies, programs and initiatives across the Hines global platform and working with the broader Hines teams to successfully advance our ESG strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and advance the ESG data & reporting strategy and program implementationPerform due diligence and regular monitoring of Company ESG metrics and dataMaintain and retain support for ESG publicly reported data and required disclosuresDraft responses to ESG inquiries from interested parties and ratings agenciesCollaborate with internal experts to create ESG contentGather and share market intelligence to inform value creation through ESG actionManage and maintain ESG website contentIdentify and report emerging ESG trends to team and executive leadershipESG roadmap development and executionESG target setting and implementation of best practicesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Real Estate, Sustainability or related field from an accredited institution
Two or more years of project management or business analyst experience
Relevant analytical experience
