What You Can Expect

ECCN Classification: Experience in ECCN Classification, focusing on the technology sector.Export Compliance: Knowledge of customs and export compliance in India, familiarity with global trade compliance regulations, especially outside of India, with US re-export knowledge being a plus.Export Experience: Previous experience exporting controlled dual-use goods to and from India, APAC, and US re-export, particularly with Category 5 products.Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of regulations applicable to export licensing in SCOMET or DGFT, including authorizations required under India’s DGFT and SCOMET regulations, and those required under the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).Order Holds: Reviewing and processing export order holds and ensuring import/export records accuracy.Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.Oracle GTM Application: Familiarity with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) application is a plus.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in electronics/semiconductor and experience in ECCN Classification, Export Control.

Certification: ECoP/CUSECO certification is a plus.
