Job Summary:
The Analyst, Governance Strategy will support the implementation of the governance model across various operational units (OUs). This role involves tracking global regulatory changes, identifying potential regulatory headwinds using different tools and systems, and sharing updates to mitigate any business impacts. The analyst will also support the harmonization of labeling and compliance check processes across the global Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SRA) community. Additionally, the analyst will assist in developing training modules for new policies, systems, and processes.
The analyst will support the design and review of clinical trials and scientific literature to substantiate potential claims and build scientific dossiers for new claims and ingredients to ensure regulatory compliance with different regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Governance Model Implementation:
o Support the implementation of the governance model across different OUs
· Regulatory Tracking and Proactive Solutions:
o Monitor global regulatory changes and potential headwinds.
o Support in Developing proactive approaches and solutions to avoid any negative impact on current projects, with a specific focus on the innovation pipeline.
· Labeling and Compliance Processes:
Assist in implementing a harmonized labeling and compliance check process across Global SRA Community .
· Scientific Dossiers for New Claims and Ingredients:
o Review scientific literature and clinical trials to substantiate new claims and ingredients
o Support in building scientific dossiers for new claims and ingredients to ensure compliance with different regulations.
Qualifications:
· Relevant degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related disciplines
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, governance, or a related field.
· Ability to review Clinical trials & Scientific Literatures.
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Pay Range:
$86,200 - $107,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
