Analyst, Human Resources

The Human Resources Analyst will provide human resources support for our North America Dover Food Retail Operating Company in regards to various HR-related processes, employee relations with our local Cebu team, and on-going HR-related projects. The HR Specialist will be a key transformational position that will be remotely responsible for the execution on various HR-related tasks with our HR Central System, Talent Acquisition process, and assist with on-boarding/off-boarding processes. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

 

This role will work closely with the HR team members be the single point of contact for all HR Central workflows, providing analytical reports, and work through various HR-related projects. 

Partners with key managers, HR Team, and Talent and Acquisition Leader to perform recruiting and talent acquisition duties (setting-up interview schedules, conducting some proactive recruiting searches, and creating new positions and on-boarding new hires). 

Evaluate candidates, assess resumes and credentials, conduct pre-screening interviews and build a network of potential employees for niche and non-niche requirements roles.   

Maintains and updates the Recruitment and Onboarding Module as the single source of truth for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) leveraging the SuccessFactors platform. 

Host and participate in job fairs or hiring blitz programs. 

Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and to retain engagement throughout the application journey. 

Leads in developing strategies, budgeting, and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement 

Leads in the development and delivery of the organization’s calendar of activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, monthly Events and outreach programs 

Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization, including the employees themselves to ensure the organization is showing appreciation and recognition for its employees 

Participates on special HR projects as assigned 

Performs other various duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 

At least 1 year experience in the recruitment field 

Working knowledge of employment & labor law, benefits programs and the respective laws that apply. 

Clear communication skills with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization 

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with individuals at all levels within the organization 

Has creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience  

Is engaging, having a natural like of people that help engage others in goals 

Strong project management expertise with ability to support multiple projects effectively 

Recruiting/sourcing abilities – knowledgeable and creative staffing techniques (preferable to have some recruiting experience for candidates in the US or financial shared services) 

Excellent computer skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) 

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with great attention to detail and focus on data integrity management processes, high proficiency in reporting and data analysis 

Ability to use critical thinking and multi-task 

Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
