Responsible for providing a wide variety of pre-defined and ad hoc administrative support to the Webster Wealth Advisors team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality service to firm’s clients by accurately and effectively managing daily general administrative inquiries and transaction requests including wire and electronic funds transfer requests, check requests and deposits, IRA distributions and other forms of transfers.Assist wealth advisors with preparation and processing of new account documentation and required updates to account paperwork. Process and track documentation in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure timely completion and communication with all necessary parties including clients, advisors, Commonwealth and Webster Bank, and third parties. Maintain all WWA compliance records and logs to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines from WBS, Commonwealth and regulatory agencies while maintaining a consistent status of audit readiness.Responsible for enabling online access to client accounts and providing technical support when needed.Assist team with client presentations including updates to statements of financial condition and supporting information.Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive client experience in all interactions. Provide timely updates to advisors from any client related duties and contact. Assist clients and approved third parties such as attorneys and accountants with requests for estate or tax related documentation.Perform other general administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings and other appointments, creating meeting books, filing, and preparation of ad hoc reports, etc.Education, Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferredExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and pro-active initiative. Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and NitroMinimum 5 years' financial services experience preferred.The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $90,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
